This vehicle is the first in China to innovatively use an articulated engineering vehicle chassis combined with a frame-type structure body, forming a stable and reliable mobile platform capable of turning in place and adapting to various complex terrains. It uses wide-base cross-ply tires to ensure passage on rough terrains such as grasslands, forests, mountains, fields, and riverbanks.<\/p>\n
It is also the first in the country to apply a compressed air foam extinguishing system, achieving highly efficient firefighting. This system is a patented national invention and a key innovative technology. It uses a chemical firefighting method to produce fine and uniform foam with excellent adhesion and high resistance to burning. Thanks to its combined effects of cooling, suffocation, and isolation, it delivers outstanding extinguishing performance while being non-toxic and harmless. Field tests show that its extinguishing efficiency is 20 times greater than direct water use, and it improves water usage efficiency by 8 times while effectively preventing reignition. The foam has strong flame-retardant properties, allowing it to be used not only for direct firefighting but also to establish firebreaks by spraying on trees and grass to stop the spread of fire. Due to the low density and light weight of the foam, pressure loss during transport is minimal, enabling long-range delivery. The foam can be sprayed over 40 meters in distance and height, ensuring mobile and flexible operations in difficult environments and long distances.<\/p>\n
The vehicle is equipped with a remote-controlled water cannon installed on top, which can be operated from inside the cab or outside the vehicle. The water cannon can rotate 360 degrees and tilt 90 degrees. Foam nozzles are installed on both sides at the rear of the vehicle, suitable for extinguishing fires in grasslands and forests, rapidly creating firebreaks, or cleaning up fire scenes. It can supply foam to two hoses simultaneously (model 40, 50, or 65), making on-site operation more flexible and efficient.<\/p>\n
At the front of the vehicle, there is a \u201cbulldozer-type obstacle clearing device,\u201d capable of pushing soil, filling pits, knocking down trees, and clearing obstacles. It can directly break trees of approximately 30 cm in diameter and flatten dense shrubs and thorny bushes, creating a quick path for personnel and other vehicles. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a \u201cspecial fire-prevention trenching and soil-turning device,\u201d capable of digging trenches, burying weeds, creating firebreaks, and extinguishing smoldering fires.<\/p>\n
The vehicle is also equipped with a \u201cself-protection system,\u201d with strategically placed spray nozzles on the body for cooling. It can provide compressed air for pneumatic tools, hydraulic power for hydraulic rescue tools, and other hydraulic equipment. An electric winch on the vehicle can be used for self-rescue or assisting others, with towing capability. It is equipped with a water pump that can draw water from nearby sources to ensure continuous firefighting.<\/p>\n
Additionally, it features a \u201chigh-resolution camera infrared fire detection system\u201d and a \u201cBeiDou + GPS integrated fire location system\u201d to accurately locate fire spots and assess fire severity, forming a modern, independent, and multidimensional firefighting operation platform.<\/p>\n
This model is available in three variants: SM-2000-1000, SM-3000-1000, and SM-5000-2000, to meet the different needs of various users and sites. It can also be used in urban or chemical fire rescue, breaking through obstructed roads to enable rapid access for rescuers and equipment.<\/p>\n
